Refund & Return Policy

Refunds

The iHeel® pads are carefully packed in a sturdy paper bag. If the product arrives to you damaged, you will receive the purchase amount of the damaged part back. You are entitled to this solution if you send a message to support@iheelshop.com or through the marketplace your ordered within 30 days of receipt of the package. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged iHeel® pads and I will solve it for you.

Reshipments

If your shipment did not arrive within an acceptable amount of working days plus acceptable (situation dependent) leeway, you are entitled to a reshipment. Please send a message to support@iheelshop.com or through the marketplace your ordered and I will solve the issue for you.

Returns

Your  iHeel® pads order can be returned as long as they remain unused. To be eligible for a return, the adhesive protection film must not be (partially) removed from more than one iHeel® pad, which may be tested to examine the product and adhesive strength. The purchase amount will not be refunded if one or more iHeel® pads are used, or if the adhesive protection film has been removed from two or more pads. Returns are always free and simple, whether you ordered directly from iHeelpads.com or through any partner marketplace.
